Terms of Use

The Workflow Auditor is a free beta diagnostic tool provided by AI Forge MMXXVI. It asks you questions about how your business runs and generates an automated report suggesting where automation might help. By using it, you accept these terms.

The report is general information, not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. It does not create a client relationship. You remain responsible for any decisions you make and for how you implement anything suggested.

Any figures, time savings or estimates shown are illustrative and based on what you typed. We do not guarantee any savings, results or outcomes.

The questions and report are generated by an AI model and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation. Review the output critically before acting on it.

You agree not to:

• submit sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data, credentials or passwords, medical data, or financial identification data such as card or account numbers;
• submit unlawful, infringing, abusive or deliberately misleading content;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
• use the service to build a competing product by automated extraction.

This is an early-stage beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted, limited or discontinued at any time without notice.

The site, its design, text and underlying software belong to AI Forge MMXXVI. The content you type remains yours; you grant us permission to process it in order to generate your report and operate and improve the service. You may use your own report freely within your business.

The service is provided free and "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of the report. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.

The audit is free at present. If a paid version is introduced, it will be governed by updated terms presented to you before any purchase.
