AI Forge MMXXVI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-09-04 · Free beta

1. Who is responsible for your data

The service is operated under the public identity AI Forge MMXXVI. You can contact us about anything in this policy at AIForge.MMXXVI@protonmail.com.

Full operator identity details (legal entity name, registered address, tax/registration number): To be completed before commercial launch. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed at this stage.

2. What we collect

  • Audit answers and session data — the text you type in the interview, the questions asked, timestamps, an anonymous session identifier generated in your browser, and your browser's user-agent string.
  • Contact details, only if you choose to give them — in this beta version the audit does not ask for your name, business name or email anywhere in the interview or report. We only receive contact details if you voluntarily write to us (for example by using the "Talk to AI Forge" email link), or if an optional contact form is enabled in a later version, in which case the details you enter and your consent choices would be recorded.
  • Basic technical data — where a contact request is submitted through the site, we store a shortened, irreversible hash of the IP address for abuse prevention. We do not store the IP address itself.

Please do not enter sensitive personal data, passwords, customer records or confidential information into the audit. Describe your workflows in general terms.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

  • To run the audit and produce your report — necessary to provide the service you requested (performance of a service you asked for / our legitimate interest in operating and improving a free diagnostic tool).
  • To respond to you if you contact us — necessary to take the steps you asked for when you get in touch.
  • To send occasional updates and offers — only if a contact option is offered and you give separate, freely given consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • To keep the service secure and prevent abuse — our legitimate interest.

You can complete and read the full free audit without agreeing to marketing. Marketing consent is never a condition of using the tool.

4. AI and automated processing

Your answers are sent to an AI language model provider, which generates the follow-up questions and the final audit report. If the AI service is unavailable, a built-in rule-based fallback produces the questions and report instead.

The report is an automated, informational suggestion. It is not a decision that produces legal effects for you, and it does not replace professional advice. AI systems can make mistakes — always review the output yourself. A human at AI Forge only becomes involved if you contact us.

5. Who processes data for us

We use third-party providers acting on our instructions: cloud application hosting, a managed database and authentication platform, and an AI model gateway/model provider. They process the data only to deliver those services to us.

6. International transfers

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are intended to rely on the safeguards available under EU data protection law, such as European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Specific provider-by-provider transfer documentation: To be completed before commercial launch.

7. How long we keep data

Audit sessions, answers and reports are kept while they are useful for operating and improving the beta, and are deleted or anonymised when no longer needed. Contact details are kept while we are in contact with you and, for marketing, until you withdraw consent. You can ask us to delete your data at any time at AIForge.MMXXVI@protonmail.com.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability where applicable, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from marketing emails, write to AIForge.MMXXVI@protonmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es.

9. Local and session storage

The audit stores a randomly generated anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage. This is technically necessary to keep your audit session working without an account, it contains no personal information, and it is not used for advertising or analytics tracking. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings. This version of the site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

This beta legal text is provided for transparency during a free early-stage service. It is not a guarantee of legal compliance and should be reviewed and updated once AI Forge's final legal entity, operator details and paid offering are established.
